The room was impressive with a view which was amazing, we had a good rest. The location was stunning, to downtown from the resort, convenient to go everywhere.

The staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful service to the warm welcome we received throughout our stay. The hotel had beautiful grounds and stunning ocean views, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We even had the privilege of witnessing a mother and baby whale swimming nearby. The food was excellent, with a variety of options for breakfast and delicious fish tacos and tacos al Pastor for lunch. The De Cortez restaurant was a highlight, offering a lovely dining experience with delicious food and wine.

The temperature of the pools and hot tubs was unpredictable, with some being too cold to enjoy. It would have been nice to have consistent temperatures for swimming.

He only thing I wasn't crazy about was the emphasis on selling time-shares.

My room was fantastic - it had a cozy feel with all the right furniture and amenities. I loved the 2 comfy lounge chairs that were perfect for relaxation. Also, the separate shower was a nice touch for added luxury! 🌟

The rooms are lovely with a hacienda feel, comfortable beds, and a garden view. The resort has a full spa, 5 pools, and 5 restaurants. All lounge chairs have thick lounge pads. The location is central and convenient for exploring both north and south of the property.

We loved exploring the beautiful botanical garden and enjoying the pool and restaurant facilities. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The resort felt safe with the security checkpoints. The proximity to San Jose and San Lucas was convenient and the private beach was perfect.

The pool was clean and I had cold drinks in the sushi bar. The beds were comfortable, the room was nicely furnished and well-equipped. I really enjoyed extensive breakfast and GOOD food selection. Central location near the best restaurants of Chicago and a beautiful, wide and long beach and the intimately decorated chapel, it was in a very nice area.
